What I'm looking for

I’m interested in full-stack development, database modeling, and technical support.

As a Systems Engineering student at Universidad Mesoamericana, I’m building a foundation in software development, database modeling, IT infrastructure, and technical support.

For my Medical Clinic Management System project, I designed and implemented the database and logical architecture. I structured tables to support appointment management, patient records, and medical information administration.

During my Technical Support and Maintenance Intern role at Municipality of Quetzaltenango, I diagnosed equipment issues and performed preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and municipal network infrastructure.

I also provided technical support and direct assistance to internal users resolving IT incidents. My technical skills include C#, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, WordPress, basic HTML, and basic CSS.
