Built a suite of three interactive Power BI dashboards analysing workforce attrition and retention across 911 employees. Produced attrition and salary/bonus insights with drill-downs by department and job title, and wrote executive summaries with actionable recommendations.

Created an Advanced Excel dashboard for retail & FMCG sales analysis, covering 7,997 items and ₦1.35M total revenue across 2010–2011. Visualised revenue by customer, product category, region, and month, and ranked salespeople to surface top performers for performance decisions.

Built an interactive Advanced Excel sales dashboard for multi-rep performance, analysing ₦2.16M total sales across 2023–2024 and tracking 10,932 units sold. Implemented dynamic charts and slicers to compare KPIs by year and sales representative, including revenue trends and top performer insights.

Designed a Power BI bank financial performance dashboard analysing transaction data from 2015–2019, comparing total credit vs. total debit and highlighting net balance. Created year-over-year trend visuals and added written summaries to communicate findings such as credit decline, negative balance, and concentration risk to non-technical stakeholders.

Developed a Power BI HR dashboard analysing 926 staff across 12 departments, including salary pool breakdowns and gender segmentation. Built KPI cards and charts to compare headcount and salary by gender and department, and added an automated report summary with key analytical insights.
