I build and deliver HSE and fire-safety solutions by combining client-focused marketing experience with practical safety systems. Over the years, I’ve learned how to identify and meet clients’ needs and translate them into real delivery outcomes.

At THUMBS UP Projects Ltd, I serve as General Manager while also working as a Fire Systems Specialist since 2010. I oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, workflow design and monitoring, recruitment, training, scheduling, procurement, and record management—while handling Sales and Marketing leadership. I also manage recruitment, training, and appraisals of at least 42 full/temp/contract staff annually, alongside HSE Systems development.

My background also strengthened my technical and client-facing capability: I’ve contributed to fire systems specification and design for turnkey and existing projects across Oil & Gas, ICT, residential, and other construction types. Previously, I led sales/marketing and HSE systems development and monitoring, including fire systems specification, systems design/upgrade/installation, key account management, and site HSE management. I’ve also designed and reviewed marketing strategy as an HSE Systems developer/key account manager, supporting client service, product presentation, and periodic client satisfaction surveys.

Sharing of knowledge has always caught my eye, which is why I’m a part-time lecturer teaching Entrepreneurship, Firefighting and Protection, HSE Systems, and Basic First Aid. Outside work, I’m involved as a Project Lead in an NGO focused on mental health issues, and I participate in social activities that bring men together for positive societal impact.
