In my research internship at IIT Jammu, I planned and executed a two-month R&D project on extrusion-based 3D bioprinting, coordinating cross-functional collaboration and improving structural integrity through optimized cross-linking methods by 30%. I also led a four-member Dyna-Lift Compact Forklift team from concept to functional prototype delivery, defining scope, WBS, timelines, and resource allocation using Gantt charts.
