OTACHI SENGERA BRIAN

I’m a resourceful Electrical and Information Engineering student with hands-on experience across electronics repair and software development. I bring a practical, problem-solving mindset—diagnosing issues, designing components, and turning ideas into working solutions.

Since 2022, I’ve been the founder and lead technician of AlphaPhonecare, overseeing diagnostics, customer service, and timely repairs. I diagnose and repair smartphones and laptops, source spare parts, and handle screen, battery, and software repair requests with a service-first approach.

I also build functional, user-friendly websites using Django. My e-commerce project (AlphaPhonecare) includes a customer portal, email notifications, and M-Pesa payments, and I focus on delivering experiences that feel reliable and easy to use for customers.

Beyond day-to-day work, I’m active in leadership and technical development through student and community roles. I’ve contributed to engineering students initiatives and projects like geothermal power plant layout design using Ebsilon and schematics drafting with AutoCAD—always aiming to learn deeply and execute confidently.
