Managed $8M+ in monthly vendor payments with rigorous accuracy checks and developed PowerBI dashboards and decision support tools that improved forecast accuracy and reduced vendor escalations. Led training and support for 15+ vendor companies and collaborated with finance and IT to enhance budgeting and planning processes.

Led design and stabilization of an enterprise sales & marketing reporting platform, automated manual workflows saving ~5 hours/week, and built BI tools (Tableau, Salesforce) with complex SQL to provide executive KPI reporting and campaign insights. Served as SME and coached analysts on reporting best practices.

Built hundreds of statistical forecasts (MAPE <25%) using POS data, generating $350,000 in revenue impact and delivered Tableau/PowerBI dashboards to track forecast variance and inventory for key clients. Managed promotions lifecycle and presented forecasts to senior leadership for major accounts.

Managed nationwide carrier accounts and daily shipments, performed carrier risk analysis to reduce damage probability, and analyzed market data to produce competitive freight quotes while conducting outreach to build and retain client accounts.

Completed the Data Science Practitioner Program covering Python, R, Linux, statistics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization as part of an internal employee development initiative.

Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies with coursework relevant to data analysis and business applications, conferred May 2018.
