I am a Finance Team Lead with 5+ years of experience specializing in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and process automation. I lead teams, streamline workflows, and maintain rigorous accuracy and SLA performance.
At my current role I lead an 18-person AP and GL allocation team, achieving 99% GL allocation and consistent SLA adherence with zero errors. I automated AP processes for 15 clients and GL allocations for 69 clients, significantly reducing manual work and errors.
I have strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO, SAP Concur, NetSuite, Power BI and Excel, and I build dashboards and SOPs to drive visibility, quality monitoring and continuous improvement. I also manage vendor onboarding, reconciliations, escalations, and root-cause corrective actions.
I am results-oriented and people-focused: I hire and mentor staff, allocate tasks, conduct 1:1s, and have been promoted twice with multiple “Star Performer” and other recognition awards for delivering operational excellence.
