I'm currently supporting CMB Building, Maintenance & Investment Co. Ltd. by sourcing materials and equipment, monitoring purchase orders, and helping ensure timely delivery for business operations.

I build vendor relationships, negotiate favourable pricing, maintain procurement records, and resolve supplier or delivery issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Previously, I handled customer enquiries, product recommendations, complaints, transactions, and follow-ups for Everythang Abby and Medenosa Co. Ltd. across phone, messaging, in-person, and digital channels.
