At Forefront International, I prepared and revised residential construction drawing sets for Florida-based projects, from single-family houses and townhomes to custom luxury homes. I developed plans, elevations, roof plans, and construction details using AutoCAD Architecture.
I incorporated redlines and engineering feedback, coordinated architectural and structural information under engineering direction, and created a technical-detail library and drafting work guide adopted by the production team. I also communicated with U.S.-based project managers in English.
On independent residential projects, I developed a kitchen renovation concept and a mixed-use architectural concept, using SketchUp and Twinmotion to present design options. I’m an architecture graduate based in Panama with experience in residential documentation, interior remodeling, and architectural visualization.
