Angelica Baccay

I am a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Architectural Technology (2024) with professional experience in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, design development, and landscape design. I have experience working on both local and international projects, producing technical drawings, design concepts, 3D visualizations, planting plans, and construction documentation.

I am highly proficient in AutoCAD, producing detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, construction drawings, and technical details. For visualization, I create 3D models and realistic exterior renders using SketchUp, Enscape, and D5 Render, with Adobe Photoshop for post-processing, graphic refinement, and presentation layouts.

My professional experience includes working in an architectural and consultancy environment, collaborating with architects, engineers, clients, suppliers, and construction teams. My project experience covers residential houses, renovations, interior design, office fit-outs, guest houses, dormitories, sports facilities, and residential landscape projects. I have also worked on landscape projects involving site planning, planting design, material selection, lighting coordination, levels and dimensions, pathways, retaining walls, outdoor structures, and construction details.

I have experience working independently with international clients and consultants, adapting to different project requirements, standards, and time zones. This has strengthened my ability to manage tasks remotely, communicate clearly, work with minimal supervision, and take responsibility for delivering accurate and well-coordinated design outputs.

My internship at a start-up architectural company also provided valuable hands-on exposure to professional practice. Working directly under the mentorship of a licensed architect allowed me to develop my understanding of design decision-making, client coordination, site work, professional standards, and real-world problem-solving.

I am reliable, adaptable, and committed to producing accurate, well-coordinated, and visually compelling design work. I continuously develop my technical and design skills and am comfortable working across both architectural and landscape projects in local and international work environments.
