What I'm looking for
I’m a creative and enthusiastic Human Resource professional with 2 years of experience across administrative HR operations, talent recruitment, and performance management. I focus on reliable service delivery through strong policy adherence, clear communication, and continuous operational improvement.
In my current role, I manage visa processing, expatriate paperwork, and embassy correspondence, while also overseeing employee onboarding and induction nationwide. I handle staff benefits and compensation topics including health insurance, support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves), maintain the employee database, and act as the liaison between HR and employees—handling escalations for staff welfare and wellbeing.
Previously, as an Administrative Assistance, I produced and distributed correspondence and reports, developed and maintained filing systems, managed office supplies, supported travel and conference bookings, and assisted with expense report reconciliation and invoice preparation. I also support equipment upkeep through preventive maintenance processes and treat confidentiality and culture-building as core to how I work, while working toward CIPM certification.
