What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People Operations and HR Corporate Services role where I can run full-cycle recruitment, manage onboarding/offboarding and performance cycles, and support board and shareholder governance with accurate, compliant records.

I’m a Human Resource & Corporate Services professional focused on People Operations—coordinating recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance review cycles, and training logistics. I’m known for preparing executive-level documentation and keeping workforce and governance records accurate in complex environments.

In my current role (HomeEd - City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation), I coordinate recruitment processes across multiple departments, manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, and track organization-wide performance review completion. I also maintain HR and corporate documentation aligned with retention and privacy requirements.

I bring hands-on experience supporting Board and shareholder governance operations, including preparing briefing materials for board, committee, and shareholder meetings. I’ve also coordinated administrative processes for Board Director recruitment and onboarding, strengthening governance readiness from start to finish.

Previously, as a Human Resource Assistant at Comfortry, I supported recruitment campaigns through interview scheduling and candidate communications, and I maintained employee records for staffing and compliance. Earlier, as an HR & Administration Lead at Stretford Hill Limited, I coordinated full-cycle recruitment and improved HRIS processes to strengthen workforce reporting accuracy.
