What I'm looking for

I'm seeking entry-level, junior, internship, or contract AI engineering opportunities where I can contribute to real LLM products, RAG systems, AI automation, and safe AI implementation while continuing to grow.

I built Nova AI Customer Support System, a Python and OpenAI API-powered RAG assistant that retrieves grounded answers from a structured support knowledge base.

I implemented semantic similarity search, Top-K retrieval, embeddings, retrieval thresholds, fallback behavior, conversation context, support-case tracking, human escalation logic, structured logging, and API-failure handling. I also created an automated evaluation suite across 12 customer-support scenarios, with all 12 passing.

I'm focused on practical AI engineering across LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, automation, reliability, and safe AI implementation, and I'm open to remote international opportunities.
