At Programming.com, I develop Python and Flask backend services for a digital-health platform, supporting healthcare tracking, commerce, educator workflows, and multilingual experiences. I built a configurable gamification platform with activity-based rewards, streaks, milestones, and reward redemption.
I also engineered Redis caching and state management, with distributed locks and idempotency controls to prevent duplicate reward allocation. I integrated BigQuery for analytics and reporting, and developed asynchronous workflows using AWS SQS and Lambda.
Previously, I developed healthcare appointment-booking APIs and an admin panel at Green Clover IT Systems, integrating Razorpay and building the frontend with Next.js. My projects include EAA Network, a freight-forwarding platform with member, content, and event workflows, and AI Customer Intelligence, a semantic retrieval backend using PostgreSQL and pgvector.
