I use Brightree for claim processing and payment tracking, and payer portals including MIM, Availity, UHC, Navi Net, Carolina complete health, and MedTrac to check claim status and resolve denials. I work with payer and internal teams to reduce outstanding accounts receivable and improve collection rates while following HIPAA and payer billing regulations.
Previously, at MDINDIA HEALTH TPA PVT LTD, I analyzed RGHS claims, reviewed patient records and prescriptions, and worked with healthcare providers to move claims forward. I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Jaipur College of Pharmacy.
