At Fitpage, I managed end-to-end testing across its products and established QA processes, metrics, and test management from the ground up. I also set up JIRA for task tracking and sprint planning.
I implemented a sanity-testing automation suite to reduce the time needed to release features to production. I worked with developers to implement sentry.io for real-time issue tracking in QA and live environments.
At Assurekit Technologies, I tested manually and with automation, and used Postman to test insurer APIs and automate selected API tests. Earlier, at Coverfox Insurance, I tested motor-domain functionality across its mobile app and website and led testing for SaaS agents.
