I prioritize eliminating hazards through design choices such as longer-life LED fixtures, remote monitoring, and quick-release mounting to reduce time spent working at height.

I have led and contributed to competency development, permit-to-work implementation, and coordinated complex activities around vehicle movements, sprinkler systems, fragile roofs, asbestos risk, and electrical isolation (LOTO). My approach balances technical controls, training, supervision, and operational coordination to reduce incidents in busy, multi-shift warehouse environments.
