At Invictus Hub, I delivered three client products from requirements through live release and production support. I built REST APIs and backend services with Node.js, Express, PHP 8, and Laravel, and developed front ends using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and related frameworks.
I built the Hospitaliti talent CRM and TopDrop merchant dashboard, including record management, access controls, filtering, and reporting. I also designed RAG pipelines using Elasticsearch, tuned retrieval and prompts against evaluation sets, and built multi-step agent workflows with LangChain and LangGraph.
At Hosco, I built automated CV parsing and an interview scheduling agent that contacted candidates through WhatsApp and confirmed bookings. Earlier at Delve Health, I developed patient engagement, compliance, and retention features for clinical trial teams.
