I’m an Azure DevOps / cloud engineer with 4+ years of technical experience across enterprise Azure, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and platform security. I focus on practical, investigative problem-solving—taking ownership of complex platform issues from discovery through implementation, validation, and documentation.

In my current role as an Azure DevOps Engineer (NFP, an AON company), I administer and improve Azure DevOps platforms, repositories, build and release pipelines, and deployment environments across multiple enterprise projects. I partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to embed secure-by-default controls into CI/CD processes while resolving platform risks without disrupting delivery.

My impact has included leading an Azure DevOps access-control restructuring across multiple projects by replacing direct user permissions with controlled Entra ID / AD group membership and applying least-privilege principles. I’ve also built PowerShell-based audit processes and scheduled Azure DevOps pipelines to identify newly added direct members, improving IAM governance and remediation reporting.

I support vulnerability and dependency remediation through Snyk, Mend, Wiz, and Microsoft security tooling, and I improve secrets management by configuring Azure service principals and service connections for controlled Azure Key Vault access. I’ve modernised pipelines from Classic to YAML, delivered cross-organisation Azure DevOps migrations following an acquisition, and created runbooks and remediation notes to reduce repeat support effort.
