At ConvergeOne, I deliver multi-site network implementations, migrations, and cutovers in healthcare and customer environments. I support Aruba and Cisco Meraki wireless deployments, validating access point placement and connectivity and documenting survey findings with Ekahau.
I configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki infrastructure and Catalyst switches, and use SolarWinds and Infoblox IPAM to monitor service health and maintain network records. I also develop Bash/Zsh and Excel VBA tools to improve documentation workflows and data consistency.
At JDS, I provided remote and onsite support for users, troubleshooting network, wireless, and endpoint connectivity issues. I hold a CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), and Verkada Certified Engineer certifications, and I’m developing my knowledge of 4G/5G RAN, RF propagation, and network automation.
