I’m a Responsable Administratif & financier at Ecolab Maroc, where I oversee monthly and annual accounting closes and ensure full compliance with applicable standards. I validate tax declarations, deliver group reporting, and act as the key point of contact for both external and internal auditors.

My work goes beyond accounting: I lead cost control by supervising cost-of-revenue and margin calculations, running standard cost analysis (raw materials and direct labor), and explaining variances between actual and standard costs. I also manage stock valuation by considering product and batch cost drivers.

As a hands-on manager, I coordinate financial flows (receivables/payables), manage banking relationships and interactions with the office de change, and supervise administrative and HR-finance responsibilities including social declarations, monthly payroll supervision, and expense note controls. I bring 8 years of finance expertise with a rigorous, precise, and compliance-driven approach.
