What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Finance & Controlling as a strategic business partner—owning FP&A, reporting, cash flow, and compliance—while enabling execution through KPIs, variance analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a growth-focused organization.

I currently serve as Head of Finance and Controlling Morocco (BOARD Member) at Compagnie Française de Câblage (AMPERE Group), where I lead and structure the Finance & Controlling function (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury). I drive the annual budgeting process, forecasts, and strategic financial planning, oversee monthly and yearly closings, and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial statements.

To deliver trusted decision support, I oversee the Morocco P&L with actionable insights, lead financial aspects of business development and investment projects, and manage cash flow and treasury planning. I ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax regulations, and group requirements, lead the COMEX of the Moroccan company, coordinate board meetings, and manage working capital by improving accounts receivable and collection strategy—while partnering with banks, auditors, legal and tax advisors, and insurance partners.
