What I'm looking for

I seek roles leading institutional fundraising and grants strategy at mission-driven organizations where I can scale revenue, build partnerships, and strengthen MEAL and proposal success rates.

I am a Director of Institutional Giving with over 12 years of experience in institutional fundraising, proposal writing, grants management, consultancies, and program design for charities, NGOs, and higher education across the USA and internationally. Over my career I have successfully secured over $20 million in grants from foundations, institutions, and governments and have led complex multi-stakeholder projects, including support for a $250 million EPA-funded program.

I build and implement institutional giving strategies, grants pipelines, MEAL systems, and partnership frameworks to scale impact and revenue. I have acted as principal investigator on major EU-funded projects, supported university internationalization and program launches, and consistently deliver high success rates in competitive RFPs.
