At Triple 3 Healthcare Group, I manage compliance for more than 100 healthcare workers, maintaining audit-ready records across CQC, NHS, GDPR, and company requirements.

I clear 5 to 10 healthcare workers for deployment each month, completing right-to-work, DBS, training, reference, and professional-document checks. I also complete monthly internal audits, maintain compliance dashboards, and help protect the organisation’s reputation by managing and responding to Google Reviews.

Before joining Triple 3 Healthcare Group, I supported healthcare onboarding and NHS compliance at Genesis Outsourcing. I trained and mentored colleagues through onboarding, follow up on outstanding documents, verify worker records, and make regulatory requirements practical for candidates and teams.

My earlier work at Kso Associate progressed from Graduate Trainee to Audit Supervisor, where I examined financial statements, prepared tax returns, assessed controls, and made recommendations to improve costs, revenue, and profitability. I’m currently completing ACA (ICAN) and bring financial reporting, audit, process improvement, and compliance experience to quality-focused organisations.
