At Hugo (Otaku Hugo), I review user accounts and exclusive offer tickets to identify suspicious activity, assess submitted evidence, and support platform integrity. I also answer customer inquiries and document or escalate cases according to internal guidelines.
At RWS, I annotated and validated visual and textual data for AI training, following project guidelines and quality standards. With Crowdgen by Appen, I participated in Project Coffee, annotating multimodal content and checking work for consistency and data integrity.
In product design, I created a design system and product designs at Send Easy, and as a Product Design Intern I worked on user research, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. I also created Send Easy, a web application for managing email campaigns, sending text messages, and automating tasks.
