I’m open to fully remote conveyancing and legal support roles globally, where I can manage UK residential property transactions and work during UK business hours.

I support Ascend Law’s UK residential conveyancing transactions remotely, managing 15–20 simultaneous freehold and leasehold files from instruction through post-completion. I draft contracts for sale and TR1 documents, raise requisitions, conduct property searches, prepare mortgage reports, and manage SDLT and AP1 submissions.

I’m a qualified Nigerian Barrister-at-Law with CQS-accredited training and previous legal research and production experience at Channels Television. I bring clear client communication, careful document review, and reliable availability throughout UK business hours.
