At Temple University Hospital, I led Epic Resolute revenue integrity audits, recovered underpayments, and helped route work queues using denial trends.

I also ran Medicare FFS recovery using Availity and DDE, tracking down stalled claims by fixing modifier errors and prior authorization documentation gaps. I partnered in quarterly reviews with Coding, CDI, and Patient Financial Services to reduce medical necessity denial patterns, and I deployed a UiPath workflow to speed up resolution for high-balance accounts.

Before that, at Conifer Health Solutions and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), I worked open A/R through structured follow-up and denial root-cause analysis, supported patient access and self-pay collections, and kept cash reconciliation tight using tools like Nextech, IMS, Cerner, and Availity.
