What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic telecommunications infrastructure and project delivery initiatives where I can improve delivery efficiency, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.

I've delivered over 200 telecommunications rollout projects at Stecam Nigeria Limited, managing end-to-end delivery across multiple regions.

I lead engineers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives while managing budgets, procurement, resource allocation, schedules, risks, and contractual obligations. I coordinate site acquisition, installation, integration, acceptance, and project closure.

I improved delivery efficiency through standardized project tracking and reporting, and reduced delays through proactive risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement. My project execution earned the Fastest Acceptance Closure Award in 2022 and Best Team Player Award in 2024.

I also bring statistics-based analytical experience from monitoring and evaluation and data analysis roles, using dashboards, reporting, data cleansing, and validation to support decision-making. I'm PMP-certified and experienced with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
