I’m a Food Science and Technology graduate with hands-on experience in food production, quality control, and customer service. During my Industrial Training at Sunshine Honey and Agro Industries, I supported honey processing while applying hygiene and food safety standards across filtering, packaging, and labelling.

I also maintain QA readiness by performing laboratory analysis and sensory evaluation on honey samples, and keeping production and QA records with the quality assurance team. As the Founder / Sole Proprietor of Flavour Fusion — Homemade Food & Delivery, I managed operations end-to-end (meal planning, sourcing, preparation, packaging, delivery) while handling customer orders and feedback to build loyalty—now backed by Virtual Assistant training and ongoing certification in Digital & Product Marketing.
