What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can coordinate family support programs, manage compliance-heavy records, analyze community needs, and lead cross-agency teams to strengthen readiness and outcomes.

I’m an Emergency Placement Care (EPC) Coordinator, currently serving concurrently as an additional duty FAP Specialist with the Department of the Army in Vilseck, Germany. I recruit, train, and certify EPC providers, develop marketing plans, application requirements, and training curriculum, and maintain critical provider records through an applicant tracking system. I also provide ongoing non-clinical case management, crisis response, and support through home visits and coordination of medical needs, dental, education, and daycare.

In my FAP Specialist role, I create and maintain critical records and Standard Operating Procedures to support compliance with Army Regulation 608-18, and I analyze data to identify community trends, needs, and service effectiveness. Before this, I served as an Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Coordinator, facilitating Family Needs Assessments and Family Service Plans for a caseload of 250 families, and chairing Multidisciplinary Inclusion Action Team (MIAT) meetings to strengthen cross-agency collaboration. Earlier, I worked as a Special Education Teacher, where I designed instruction and assessments, wrote IEP reports in compliance with federal policies, and supported a caseload of 40+ students with accommodations and modifications—all driven by clear communication, strong work ethic, and a commitment to organizational success.
