What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values educational equity and supports professional growth.

I am a licensed school counselor with more than ten years of experience dedicated to supporting children aged 3-11, particularly those on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities. My journey in education has been fueled by a passion for fostering inclusive environments where every child can thrive. I have developed and implemented data-driven practices that cater to the unique needs of multilingual and underserved students, ensuring they receive the support necessary to succeed academically and socially.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in various initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes. I have organized and executed assessment data tracking for over 30 classrooms, created tailored lesson plans for diverse learners, and facilitated grief support groups. My commitment to educational equity is reflected in my work with families, where I prioritize compassionate communication and connection to social welfare programs. I am currently seeking an Ed. S. to further enhance my skills in research, data analysis, and leadership, ultimately aiming to provide exceptional school psychology services.
