What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build trustworthy BI dashboards and data models, strengthen data governance and QA, and enable self-service analytics through clear stakeholder training and enablement.

I’m a BI analyst and reporting developer with over a decade of experience designing and delivering data visualization solutions, defining data models and metrics, and translating business requirements into dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical audiences. In my current Technical Account Manager—Business Intelligence role, I’ve designed and maintained Tableau dashboards across multi-site client environments, turning complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights.

I also focus heavily on data integrity and adoption: I author and maintain data dictionaries, source definitions, structural data models, and table relationships, and I audit data integrity and reporting compliance to support standards and reduce errors. I’ve led self-service report-building training and root-cause troubleshooting, including engineering a denied insurance claims reporting solution that eliminated hours of manual review for client billing staff, and earlier I redesigned legacy processes to decrease ticket resolution times by up to 48 hours.
