Oleg Rozhko

I'm currently coordinating the development of the Woloshin Banya project at Simpals, managing construction activities from planning through execution.

I work across architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to manage schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, logistics, and material deliveries. I also prepare scopes of work, evaluate commercial proposals, select contractors and suppliers, and report project progress to management.

Previously, at SpetsCityStroy and KRONOS Group, I prepared and coordinated permit, technical, construction, and as-built documentation while monitoring work volumes, schedules, and compliance with technical requirements. My work included reviewing KS-6a logs and KS-2 and KS-3 completion certificates, preparing Work Execution Plans, and supporting construction and commissioning activities.

Across more than four years in construction, I've contributed to projects involving Russian Railways, Avtodor, Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo, and NOVATEK-LNG.
