I am a Tele-coach Psychological Practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Health and Social Care and extensive experience in crisis and acute mental health settings. I specialise in telephone and virtual triage, immediate risk assessment, and short-term psychologically informed interventions.
My practice is trauma-informed and NICE-aligned, applying low-intensity CBT techniques, grounding, behavioural activation, psychoeducation, and safety planning to support people across the lifespan. I routinely work with people presenting with anxiety, depression, psychosis, suicidal ideation, and complex psychosocial needs.
I have over five years' frontline experience across inpatient, community, and first-response services and hold multiple relevant trainings including CBT for psychosis, mental health triage, safeguarding, and crisis response. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely escalation and continuity of care.
I am committed to reflective, evidence-based practice, clear documentation, and professional development, and I support and mentor junior staff to promote safe, person-centred care in high-pressure environments.
