Led the legal and compliance unit of Moneta Technology, a fintech firm operating across Nigeria, ensuring compliance with NDPR, CBN, and CAC regulations. Reviewed and negotiated over 150 high-value contracts, including MoUs and board-level policies, reducing legal exposure by 35%.

Conducted organisational risk assessments and documented mitigation plans using ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks. Supported internal audits across 5 departments, identifying 12 non-compliance issues and recommending remedial action.

Designed and implemented a real estate compliance framework that passed two external audits with zero major findings. Conducted cybersecurity and data protection risk assessments, ensuring 100% compliance with NDPR for over 1,600 client records.

Performed various secretarial, clerical and administrative duties, with specialized attention to the fact that information, decisions and communication involved are confidential. Drafted Bills and assisted in preparing executive-level communications, including memos, presentations, and reports.

Provided secretarial services such as preparing minutes of Board actions during Board and Committee meetings to reflect proper discharge of the Board’s fiduciary duties and drafting of Board excerpts. Ensured that the Corporate Governance framework for the Corporation is properly designed, implemented and maintained.

Completed the Barrister at Law program, focusing on practical legal training and professional ethics. Prepared for legal practice in Nigeria.
