Hi, my name is Ribhararnus Pracutian and I am a Senior Frontend Developer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I have worked at International startup companies such as Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences, and Keller Williams Realty.

In my previous company at Tristan Artha Media (local company in Indonesia) I restructured a team of 10 Back-end developers to just 3 by migrating stacks from REST API to GraphQL API using Hasura and PostgreSQL. I also led a team of 3 Front End developers to develop a SportsBook system using React.js and Next.js, and improved the deployment workflow by 80% by using CI/CD and Docker. In addition, I mentored a team of 4 junior developers to become mid-level developers in coding best practice and development workflow.

At Keller Williams Realty, I collaborated with over 200 developers to manage a Real Estate Agent system used by thousands of agents. I also introduced TypeScript to 20 developers and applied it to existing micro-service codes, and reduced 70% of lines of code by teaching React.js developers to use React Hooks (transition between class component to functional component). As a code reviewer for 8 React.js developers in 6 micro Front End (Next.js) codebase, I helped improve the quality of the codebase.

In my previous role at Djavaweb, I led a team of 3 to build a WordPress Easy Guide plugin using React.js. I also coded tooling for WordPress for automation and pre-release theme and plugin checks, and increased the approval rate of WordPress theme submissions on ThemeForest by creating a new WordPress Framework. I introduced a team of 10 WordPress developers and UI designers to the use of Modular CSS (Sass) and Design System.
