I’m looking for an Administrative Assistant role where I can use my document management, scheduling, and Microsoft Office skills to support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to smooth coordination and communication.

I’m an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in administrative support, document management, and operational coordination. I facilitate day-to-day workflows by keeping records accurate, coordinating office activities, and supporting teams with clear communication.

In industrial training at Transcorp Power Plc, I supported documentation processes and overall office coordination while helping with administrative and operational tasks. As a Security Officer, I monitored safety protocols and handled incident reporting and comprehensive documentation.

From logistics & contract administration work with a French company, I contributed to contract drafting and negotiation processes while overseeing documentation management and communication. I’m eager to bring my Microsoft Office, scheduling, and document management strengths to support the success of your organization.
