As the Android Platform Lead for OSN’s TV OTT application, I owned the end-to-end architecture and delivery of a flagship streaming product built for high-traffic B2B and B2C markets across the MENA region.

Here is what I actually delivered:

- Built a clean, multi-module architecture from scratch utilizing Jetpack Compose, MVI, StateFlow and Kotlin Coroutines, establishing a production-ready fou

I spent nearly 5 years architecting and scaling Erstream's native mobile and Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem, serving a global audience with high-performance live and VOD streaming applications.

Here is the impact I drove:

- Spearheaded the architectural shift from a sluggish hybrid (WebView-based) model to a fully native Android TV / Amazon Fire TV ecosystem, bypassing generic Leanback constraints

I wanted to deeply understand the full mobile ecosystem, so I architected and shipped a complete product from scratch as a solo developer, managing everything from the database to the native Android UI.
