I am a dedicated and detail-oriented factory worker with experience ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. I execute quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall manufacturing processes.

In my New Product Development (Quality Control Department) role at SUNTORY FOOD & BEVERAGE NIGERIA (December 2020 – October 2021), I assisted in the assembly and packaging of products while following strict quality control guidelines. I also operated machinery using standard operating procedures, performed inspections for proper functionality, and carried out minor repairs or adjustments as needed.

Before that, in Quality Control and Customer Complaint Support at Pharma-Deko Plc (Mar 2020 – Feb 2021), I improved customer relationships by providing suitable assistance and after-sales services when required. I also supported customer loyalty through a welcoming ambiance, ensured merchandising principles were adhered to, and handled daily and weekly procurement to help prevent out-of-stock situations.

I bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork, with a clear commitment to attention to detail, honesty, and integrity.
