What I'm looking for

I’m looking for documentation-heavy BA work where I can support internal processes, structure requirements, help with testing support, and improve reporting accuracy through clear KPI interpretation and well-maintained operational documentation.

I’m an entry-level Business Analysis candidate with studies in Business Analytics and hands-on experience in reporting, documentation, structured records, and operational support. I’m comfortable organizing information clearly, maintaining accuracy, following processes, and communicating with different stakeholders.

In my current role in store operations and technical support at a Żabka franchise, I supported daily operations, reported issues to IT and external service providers, followed them through to resolution, and kept operational information clear for further action. I maintained operational documentation and coordinated practical problems with different people involved in support.

I also built an academic Power BI dashboard and strengthened testing and troubleshooting habits through notebook-based coursework. I’m interested in documentation support, process mapping, and junior BA work involving Azure DevOps and structured requirements.
