Built Almond's fintech product and technology foundation from scratch, then hired and scaled the engineering organization to 12 engineers. Lead technology strategy, architecture and delivery with the CEO and Board, scaling the platform to 7,000+ users and NGN 500M+ in transaction value.

Shipped production features across the stack, integrated external services and implemented security improvements across multiple repositories. Used workflows built on Git together with QA practices to support reliable releases and maintain product quality.

Built React frontends and SQL backed services for decentralized applications, covering wallet connection, onchain data display, navigation and transaction flows for approximately 5,000 users. Developed and integrated smart contract logic with web clients, handling contract calls, onchain state reads and transaction signing.
