At G SealConsulting, I develop and administer the organisation’s Quality Management System, initially focused on ISO 9001 requirements. I also maintain its controlled documentation and support audit and certification readiness.

At Mpileng Group, I implemented and supported ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management-system requirements for clients. I trained more than 100 staff members on these standards and conducted gap analyses and internal audits.

I led quality-assurance activities and supported corrective actions to reduce nonconformances. I also developed management-system documentation tailored to client requirements.

Earlier at Mpileng Group, I advised clients on legal compliance, B-BBEE, labour-law and skills-development requirements. I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Safety Management at UNISA.
