Led the testing team for the bank’s mobile application for private customers, managing approximately 12 manual testers. Responsible for mediating quality testing activities with development teams, project managers, and product managers.

Led the QA team for the “Digital Health Platform” project, testing a smart inhaler system with built-in sensors. Ensured accurate online data display of inhalations for medical teams and patients.

Recruited and managed 4 manual QA testers, leading E2E Quality Assurance methodology planning and execution for all company software services. Main systems included EMR, CRM (Netsuite), Android & iOS mobile apps, and medical devices.

Tested all new features developed as part of a cloud-based gaming service. Investigated error logs and reported findings to the development team for resolution.

Performed QA analysis for a cable TV company, testing the Hot VOD fiber devices platform that enables video on demand. Also tested VOD applications for Android and iOS.

Conducted QA analysis for a Purchase to Pay process developed by Nipendo. Planned and executed functional, E2E, and regression testing for the startup company.

Executed QA testing for an insurance solution company, including a six-month relocation to a client's site in the US. Delivered presentations demonstrating system operation to the client.
