What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering on scalable SaaS/HRTech products, owning backend architecture, APIs, and secure data modelling, while partnering with founders and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, measurable outcomes.

I’m a full-stack software engineer and technical lead with 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering scalable web platforms across SaaS, HRTech, and enterprise environments. I currently lead engineering at two international technology companies (US and Canada), combining hands-on backend system design with API architecture, database modelling, and cross-functional team leadership.

My work emphasizes end-to-end delivery: I define technical standards and scalable backend infrastructure, then own implementation through production deployment and performance monitoring. I’m also a primary technical liaison for non-technical founders and stakeholders, translating complex architecture decisions and implementation tradeoffs into clear business outcomes.

Through platform work at AfrikLink, I’ve built strong familiarity with the Canada–Nigeria technology corridor, including multi-sided HR and talent systems spanning international markets. I enjoy designing data-driven matching, secure access control, and reliable workflows that improve system integrity, cost-efficiency, and user experiences.
