I’m an entry-level cybersecurity professional transitioning from a nine-year hospitality and entertainment operations background into Security Operations, GRC, and IT Support. I bring operations leadership, calm decision-making under pressure, and a strong technical foundation across networking, Linux, SQL, and Python.

In my four-month technical-lead cybersecurity internship, I investigated security incidents, mapping adversary behavior to MITRE ATT&CK Enterprise v14 and NIST SP 800-61 Rev 2. I authored a Master IoC Register and 16 production-ready Microsoft Sentinel KQL detection rules, plus 4 standardized Incident Response Playbooks aligned to incident response best practices.

I also strengthened governance and compliance by authoring a 10-policy Information Security Governance Framework mapped to ISO 27001/27002:2022, and designing a Policy Compliance Monitoring Framework defining 16 recurring audit activities with frequency, ownership, and evidence requirements. During an emergency vulnerability management response, I triaged 132 CVEs (including a CVSS 9.8 actively-exploited zero-day), reducing potential vulnerabilities by 40% through effective risk management and built a risk-based P0–P4 patch SLA framework.

To support secure-by-design operations, I built a Zero Trust cloud security posture across 9 hands-on Azure labs (RBAC, network micro-segmentation, Azure Firewall, Defender for Cloud). I also led a Grey Box penetration test achieving full root-level system compromise and produced a CWE-referenced remediation roadmap using Nmap, Gobuster, and Burp Suite.
