Nuruhussien Ahmed

I’m an Architect who designs residential and commercial buildings, producing construction-ready drawings and clear project documentation. I translate concepts into plans, sections, elevations, and detailed outputs for new builds, houses, and extensions.

In my roles as a Design and Consultation and later as an Architect, I worked closely with engineers and contractors to coordinate floor layouts and ensure drawings match on-site needs. I also prepared Bill of Quantity and payment certificates, supported budget control with cost estimates, and contributed to delivering projects within timeframes while communicating delays when circumstances changed.

I strengthen design outcomes through 2D drafting and 3D visualization, using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Twinmotion, and high-quality presentations. I’m especially drawn to sustainable materials, space optimization, and interior layout improvements that improve both functionality and client understanding.
