At KPMG Portugal, I’m the core developer of a Power Pages portal on Dataverse that manages a national public-funding programme across several public-sector entities. I built most of it end to end, including procurement, payment authorisation, digital signing, and SharePoint sync.
I write the portal interface from scratch with Liquid, FetchXML, OData, and JavaScript rather than relying on standard Power Pages form and list controls. I’ve also delivered Power Pages platforms for clients in public services, housing, and insurance.
I build Copilot Studio agents, including an AI procurement assistant grounded in public procurement law and SharePoint documents. Other agents support document analysis, Q&A over internal content, and drafting technical specifications.
Before KPMG, I worked on green-fuel research at CENIMAT|i3N, fabricating and characterising high-bandgap perovskite solar cells, and explored colloidal quantum dots for optoelectronic applications. My research also includes a published paper on surface-modified halide perovskite solar cells.
