NTIVUGURUZWA Amos

I’m a Monitoring and Evaluation officer with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Applied Statistics (Option: Actuarial Sciences). I focus on turning raw data into reliable insights that improve program performance and decision-making.

At e4impact Rwanda (April, 2024–Current), I collect, analyze, and report data on project performance indicators. I support the design and implementation of M&E frameworks and tools, and I conduct field visits to monitor project activities and gather feedback.

Previously, as a Data manager internship at GSSA RWAMAGANA and during my Risk Assessment and Management experience at Gatunda District Hospital (3 months, 2023), I worked on collecting, cleaning, and entering patient and hospital data into health information systems. I assisted in preparing progress reports and statistical assessments, contributed to data visualization and presentation of results, and helped prepare statistical reports and dashboards for hospital management. I bring strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical software skills (Excel, R, SPSS, Stata, Power BI), and an approach grounded in accuracy, problem-solving, and clear report writing.
