I've built and scaled quality systems across medical devices, biotechnology, dietary supplements, personal care, and CPG for 17 years. At Bonafide Health/Uqora, I transformed a fragmented startup quality environment into a closed-loop QMS spanning 21 CFR Parts 111, 117, 220, and 820.

I supported Uqora's national retail scale-up by owning Quality's product-registration work across CVS, Target, Walgreens, Walmart, and Amazon. I also established Prop 65-compliant COA verification and lot-release authority, managed MedWatch review and FDA submission, and led a MoCRA-readiness audit of a third-party cosmetic manufacturer.

At Verity, I deployed an ISO 9001-aligned QMS informed by ISO 13485 principles and replaced full inspection with risk-based ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling without increasing escapes. At SeaSpine, I remediated more than 30,000 Class III medical device GUDID entries, led change-management workflows, and maintained 99% on-time compliance training across two sites.

Earlier, I led food inspection operations for 101 facilities supporting 55,000 Department of Defense personnel in the Pacific. I bring medical device-grade discipline to practical, right-sized GMP systems and continue expanding into software QA, Agile validation, and AI quality environments.
