What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to build, scale, and continuously improve practical quality systems in regulated medical device, GMP, CPG, supplement, or personal care environments, while expanding my work in software QA, Agile validation, and AI quality.

I'm a Quality professional with 17 years across medical devices, dietary supplements, personal care, and CPG.

I started as a staff auditor with U.S. Army Public Health, managing a quality team of 7 and serving as liaison on 100+ FDA cGMP audits. To learn firsthand how auditees operate, I moved inside a rigorous Class III medical device company at SeaSpine, where I learned how a formal quality system is managed. At growth-stage companies Verity and Bonafide Health/Uqora, I then worked across every core quality function: CAPA, suppliers, complaints, training, and compliance. Along the way, I supported Uqora's retail growth from $3M to $12M.

I bring what I learned in medical devices, scaled to fit each organization: quality practices that hold up under scrutiny, so teams face audits with confidence. I'm open to Manager and Senior Manager Quality roles across functions and organization sizes.
