I’m a Dynamic and result-oriented QA Manual Test Lead with over 8 years of experience across the Insurance and Banking industries, specializing in AML systems, API testing, and mobile/web applications. I’ve successfully delivered 10+ major projects in the last 4 years by combining practical test execution with clear strategy and stakeholder alignment.

In my current role as QA Manual Test Lead, I manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for mission-critical initiatives, from Story Analysis and Test Scenarios to SIT/UAT closure and daily progress reporting. I lead QA Operations across AML Upgrades, AML Automation, and MFA Integration, while keeping defect management disciplined through tools like JIRA and TestRail.

My most impactful work includes leading AML Automation Suite integrations for real-time screening (including Vlife, CDD, SAP, Workday, i-Recruit V-Life, and COAST Systems) and overseeing authentication/authorization security improvements across iOS, Android, and Web. Previously, as a QA Coordinator and QA professional, I engineered test scripts for complex banking projects, executed functional testing and retesting, and supported core banking and corporate cash management initiatives that strengthened system stability.
